    The BP9325-I2C pressure sensor adopts our self-developed HT series silicon piezoresistive isolation membrane oil-filled core as the signal measurement element. The signal processing circuit is located inside the stainless steel housing, converting the sensor signal to a standard IIC output signal. The product has undergone rigorous testing and aging screening for components, semi-finished products, and finished products, ensuring stable and reliable performance.

    Communication Protocol

    BP-I2C uses the I2C bus protocol for communication with external devices. All data communication starts from MSB, with the default 7-bit I2C device address being 0x78. BP-IIC acts as an I2C slave device, and the master device can communicate with it using the following command formats::

    When BP-I2C is set to digital output (using I2C 0xAC command), B[23:0] will be output in three bytes respectively. Users can easily convert to percentage using the following formula::



    When using the 0xAC I2C command to read out the calibrated 5-byte data, the temperature information is provided by the last two bytes of 16-bit data. Users can easily convert the T value to actual temperature using the following formula:


    Note: The bridge default is 10%~90%, the sensor bridge zero point corresponds to 10%, the full point corresponds to 90%. The sensor default does not output temperature values. Temperature output requires customization.


    Selection Reminder

    1.Ensure the core size matches the transmitter housing during assembly to achieve the required airtightness.

    2.Assemble vertically and press evenly to prevent jamming or damaging the compensation board.

    3.The measured medium must be compatible with the core diaphragm housing (316L) material. Otherwise, specify special requirements when ordering.

    4.Do not press the sensor diaphragm with sharp objects to avoid deformation or perforation causing core damage.

    5.Keep the vent tube of the gauge core open to the atmosphere.

    6.If there are changes to the pin leads, refer to the label attached to the core.
